ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our legacy agency first opened in July 1994, and in August 2016 we expanded with a second office. Today, we have a seasoned team of nine at our original location and six at our second — together bringing nearly 150 years of combined State Farm experience. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years in public accounting as a CPA, and that background still shapes the analytical, service-focused approach we bring to our customers. 

I attended the University of Detroit and served as President of the PKT fraternity Alumni Association for a decade. I’m married with five grown children, and supporting young people has always been meaningful to me. Each year, I present the dangers of distracted driving to newly licensed drivers at Royal Oak Shrine High School, a community outreach effort I feel strongly about.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with David Arce - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

In this role, you’ll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
